Who we are
AI Logo Generator is a product of Devsrank Pvt. Ltd., which is responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at support@aigeneratelogos.com or through our contact page.
What we collect and why
Your account in the web app
- If you sign up with an email address: your username, email address and password. We store the password only as a one-way hash, so we can't read it.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address, Google account ID and Google profile picture.
We use these to create your account, keep it secure and let you sign in.
What you make
The text you type, such as brand names, descriptions and edit instructions; logos you upload for a redesign; the logos we generate for you; and your logo history (each image, its brand name and the date). We use these to create your designs and keep them so you can download them later.
Your plan
How many logo credits you have, whether you have premium access, and when it ends.
Messages you send us
The name, email address and message you send through our contact form, and your phone number and topic if you add them. The form sends them to our support inbox by email so we can reply.
Visits to the website
Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit, roughly where they are (country and city), which device and browser they use, and how they found us. In the UK and the European Economic Area it only runs if you accept analytics cookies. The details are in our Cookie Policy. Like most websites, our servers also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.
Password resets
If you ask to reset your password, we keep a reset code with an expiry time until it is used.
The iPhone app
With your permission, the iPhone app can use your device's camera and photo library, for example to upload an image. You can allow or block this at any time in your iPhone's settings.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run AI Logo Generator. They handle data for us so we can provide the service.
- Vercel: Hosts this website.
- Our database provider: Stores accounts, plans and logo history.
- Cloudinary: Stores the logos you upload and the logos we generate.
- Alibaba Cloud (Model Studio): Generates and edits logo images from your text and, for redesigns, the logo you uploaded.
- Google: Google sign-in, Google Analytics, and sending email.
- Apple: Processes purchases in the iPhone app. We don't receive your card details.
Where your data is processed
Our service providers may process your data in countries other than yours, where data protection laws can be different.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it (including your account and your logos) or stop using it for a particular purpose. To ask, email support@aigeneratelogos.com.
If you are in the UK or the EU and aren't happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and the website uses HTTPS.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
